DiggBar is actually a browser independent application based on the Digg website that lets you submit pages to Digg wherever you are in cyberspace. To access DiggBar, just type in digg.com/ before any URL that you have open in your browser window. It’s really that simple. Try it!
When you press enter after typing in the digg.com/ prefix to any URL, you will see that you are led to a shortened version of the URL.
